INGREDIENTS

Astro 3% Plain Yogourt |

PREPARATION
- In a small bowl using a fork or whisk, blend all ingredients together until smooth. Can be used immediately. Cover and refrigerate any leftover marinade.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Never reuse marinade that has come in contact with raw chicken or seafood.
- Marinate chicken breasts for minimum of 2 hours or overnight. Chicken can then be baked or grilled.
- Replace Astro 3% Plain Yogourt for any other Astro plain yogourt.
