Decadent Dilled Salmon

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar 22.5 mL
1 tbsp fresh dill, minced 15 mL
½ cup Astro 3% Plain Yogourt 125 mL
2 tbsp Beatrice half and half cream 30 mL
4 6 oz. (168 g) salmon fillets 4
  salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

PREPARATION
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place fish fillets in a single layer in baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes or until fish is opaque and cooked through.
  2. Meanwhile mix vinegar, dill, salt and pepper, Astro yogourt and half and half together.
  3. Serve sauce over fish fillets.
