Raspberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
2 cups fresh raspberries, frozen 500 mL
1 cup Astro Zer0 raspberry yogourt 250 mL
½ cup Lactantia milk 125 mL
1 tbsp honey 15 mL

PREPARATION
  1. Prepare fruit as directed above and allow 4 hours or overnight for fruit to freeze.
  2. In a blender add all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add more Lactantia milk as necessary for desired consistency. Serve immediately.
