INGREDIENTS

1 cup (250mL) Astro Athentikos 0% Vanilla Yogourt
1/2 cup (125mL) Lactantia® PurFiltre Skim Milk
3 tbsp (45 mL)  unsweetened cocoa powder
6   ice cubes
1 medium   banana, chopped

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, combine yogourt, milk, cocoa powder, ice cubes and banana; puree until smooth. If smoothie is too thick, add more milk, if too thin add more ice.
