INGREDIENTS

1 ripe banana, peeled and cut into 2-inch (5 cm) chunks 
¾ cup (180 mL) Astro Smooth ‘n Fruity Vanilla yogourt 
¾ cup (180 mL) Lactantia 2% milk 
2 tbsp (30 mL) ground almonds 
1 tsp (15 mL) cocoa powder 
1 tsp (15 mL) ground flax seed 
1 tsp (15 mL) honey 
½ cup (125 mL) ice cubes, optional

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender, serve immediately.
