Decadent Dilled Salmon

INGREDIENTS
| 1 ½ tbsp | balsamic vinegar | 22.5 mL |
| 1 tbsp | fresh dill, minced | 15 mL |
| ½ cup | Astro Original Balkan Style 3% Plain yogourt | 125 mL |
| 2 tbsp | Beatrice half and half cream | 30 mL |
| 4 | 6 oz. (168 g) salmon fillets | 4 |
| salt and freshly ground pepper to taste |
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place fish fillets in a single layer in baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes or until fish is opaque and cooked through.
- Meanwhile mix vinegar, dill, salt and pepper, Astro yogourt and half and half together.
- Serve sauce over fish fillets.
