Delicious Dijon Marinade

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Astro Original Balkan Style Plain yogourt 250 mL
¼ cup lemon juice 60 mL
1 tbsp Dijon mustard 15 mL
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 5 mL
¼ cup olive oil 60 mL
1 clove minced garlic 1
  salt and pepper.

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over beef or chicken. This will marinate 1-2 pounds of meat.
