Easy Greek Marinade

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Astro Original Balkan Style Plain yogourt 250 mL
1 tbsp fresh mint 15 mL
¼ cup olive oil 60 mL
1 clove garlic, minced 1
  salt and pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Marinate chicken or lamb in this delicious marinade. This will marinate 1-2 pounds of meat. Try it grilled with pita and Astro Tzatziki!
