Combine any of your favourite frozen fruits in this creamy Astro smoothie.


2 cups (500 mL) mixed fruit, frozen 
1 cup (250 mL) Astro Zer0% Fieldberry yogourt
1 cup (250 mL) fruit juice (any kind or mix some together)


  1. Prepare fruit as directed above and allow 4 hours or overnight for fruit to freeze.
  2. In a blender add all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add more juice as necessary for desired consistency. Serve immediately.
