Grilled Chicken Breasts with Blue Cheese Sauce

INGREDIENTS
| 1 cup | Astro Original Balkan Style 1% Plain yogourt | 250 mL |
| 2 tbsp | vegetable oil | 30 mL |
| 1 tbsp | white wine vinegar | 15 mL |
| 1 tbsp | Worcestershire sauce | 15 mL |
| 1 | clove garlic, minced | 1 |
| 1 tbsp | fresh thyme | 15 mL |
| OR | ||
| 1 tsp | dried thyme | 5 mL |
| 6 ounces | blue cheese, crumbled | 180 g |
| 6 | skinless, boneless chicken breast halves | 6 |
| salt to taste |
PREPARATION
- Make sauce by combining first six ingredients in a food processor, process until smooth.
- Fold in blue cheese and season to taste with salt. Set aside.
- Preheat grill, brush chicken breasts with a little oil, grill 4-5 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with Blue Cheese Sauce. Remaining sauce will keep well for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
