Grilled Yogourt Chicken with Mint

INGREDIENTS
| 4 | 4 ounce (112 g) chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless | 4 |
| 1 cup | Astro Original Balkan Style 0% Plain yogourt | 250 mL |
| 2 tbsp | extra-virgin olive oil | 30 mL |
| 3 | cloves garlic, minced | 3 |
| 1 | zest of lemon, minced | 1 |
| ¼ cup | fresh mint leaves, chopped | 60 mL |
| 2 tsp | cumin | 10 mL |
| freshly ground pepper and salt to taste |
PREPARATION
- In a shallow dish, glass or ceramic, large enough to hold chicken breasts, combine Astro yogourt, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, mint leaves, cumin and salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Dry chicken breasts with a paper towel. Add chicken to the Astro yogourt marinade, turning to coat both sides; cover with plastic wrap and marinade for 8 hours up to 24 hours.
- Preheat barbecue, remove chicken pieces from the marinade. Place chicken on barbecue and cook 4-5 minutes per side.
