Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) Astro® Original Balkan Plain 6% yogourt
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) dijon mustard 

  • ¼ cup (60 mL) honey
  • 
¼ cup (60 mL) cider vinegar 

  • ½ tsp (2.5 mL) salt 

  • ¼ tsp (1.2 mL) black pepper
  • 
1 clove garlic, minced 

  • ¼ tsp (1.2 mL) onion powder
  • ½ cup (125 mL) vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. In a blender or food processor add Astro Original yogourt, mustard, honey, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. Blend until smooth. While motor is running, slowly add vegetable oil. Can be used immediately. Cover and refrigerate any leftover dressing for up to two weeks. Dressing will thicken slightly after standing.
