Astro Original Balkan Style 2% Plain 750g Family Tub
In a Hurry Curried Pasta Toss

INGREDIENTS
| 3 cups | CATELLI Tortiglioni or your favourite pasta | 750 g |
| ¼ cup | Astro Original Balkan Style Plain yogourt, 1% or 2% | 50 mL |
| ¼ cup | light mayonnaise | 50 mL |
| 1 tsp | mild Indian curry paste | 5 mL |
| (OR substitute with 1 tbsp curry powder) | ||
| 1 tsp | lime juice | 5 mL |
| 2 tbsp | chopped fresh coriander or parsley | 30 mL |
| 2 | pouches CLOVER LEAF Rip’n Ready Pouch Albacore or Yellowfin Tuna, 85 g each | |
| 1 tbsp | dried cranberries or raisins | 15 mL |
| salt and pepper |
PREPARATION
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain well.
- Meanwhile, blend Astro yogourt with mayonnaise, curry paste and lime juice. Taste and add salt and pepper as necessary. Stir in coriander.
- Combine pasta, tuna and cranberries. Add Astro yogourt mixture and toss to coat.
