A unique combination of sweet pear and creamy avocado. This delicious smoothie packs a punch of healthy monounsaturated fats!


1 cup (250 mL) pear juice 
1 ripe Hass Avocado 
½ cup (125 mL) Astro Original Balkan Plain 3% yogourt 
2 tbsp (30 mL) honey 
½ tsp (2.5 mL) vanilla extract 
2 cups (500 mL) ice cubes


  1. Half avocado, pit and peel, cut into chunks. Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and continue blending. Serve in tall glasses.
