Quick Provençal Marinade

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Astro Original Balkan Style Plain yogourt 250 mL
1 tbsp Herbs de Provence 15 mL
1 tsp lavender flowers (optional) 5 mL
1 tbsp olive oil 5 mL
  salt and pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix together. Marinate chicken, lamb or pork in this great marinade. This will marinate 1-2 pounds of meat.
