Raspberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
| 2 cups | fresh raspberries, frozen | 500 mL |
| 1 cup | Astro Zer0 Raspberry yogourt | 250 mL |
| ½ cup | Lactantia milk | 125 mL |
| 1 tbsp | honey | 15 mL |
PREPARATION
- Prepare fruit as directed above and allow 4 hours or overnight for fruit to freeze.
- In a blender add all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add more Lactantia milk as necessary for desired consistency. Serve immediately.
