Southwest Ranch Dressing

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Astro Original Balkan Style Plain yogourt 250 mL
½ cup Lactantia 1% milk 125 mL
1 oz package dried ranch dressing and/or dip mix 28 g
½ cup BBQ sauce, original or plain styles work best 125 mL

PREPARATION

  1. In a plastic container with tight fitting lid mix Astro yogourt and Beatrice milk until smooth. Add ranch seasoning and blend well. Cover and let sit for a minimum of 20 minutes to allow flavours to blend.
  2. Add BBQ sauce and mix well. Can be used immediately or stored, covered in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
