Spicy Fajita Marinade

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Astro Original Balkan Style Plain yogourt 250 mL
1 clove garlic, minced 1
½ jalapeno pepper, minced (optional) ½
1 tbsp lime juice 20 mL
1 tsp lime zest 5 mL
2 tsp sugar 10 mL
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 5 mL
  salt and pepper  

PREPARATION

  1. Combine Astro Original yogourt with all other ingredients and mix well. Perfect to marinate 1-2 pounds of steak or chicken strips. Fry or grill and serve in warm tortillas garnished with salsa, Black Diamond Sargento shredded cheese, and Astro Original Plain yogourt.
