Sweet Potato Fries with Cajun Yogourt Dip

These Vitamin A packed sweet potato fries are a perfect side dish or snack you can feel good about feeding your family.
4 (1 kg) sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into ½ inch wedges
1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
Salt & pepper
½ cup (125 mL) Astro Original Balkan Plain 6% yogourt
2 tbsp (30 mL) cocktail sauce
1 tbsp (15 mL) hot sauce (or to taste)
2 tsp (10 mL) lime juice
½ tbsp (7.5 mL) grated onion
1 clove of garlic crushed
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a medium bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown, flipping potatoes once halfway through cooking.
For sauce, in a small bowl, combine Astro Original yogourt and other ingredients.

- Sweet Potato is an excellent source of Vitamin A and C, for added fibre keep skins on.
- For a lower fat dipping sauce use Astro Original 2% or 1% yogourt.
