Sweet Potato Fries with Cajun Yogourt Dip
INGREDIENTS
| 4 | sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into ½ inch wedges | 1 kg |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil | 15 mL |
| salt & pepper | ||
| SAUCE: | ||
| ½ cup | Astro Original Balkan Style Plain yogourt | 125 mL |
| 2 tbsp | cocktail sauce | 30 mL |
| 1 tbsp | hot sauce (or to taste) | 15 mL |
| 2 tsp | lime juice | 10 mL |
| ½ tbsp | grated onion | 7.5 mL |
| 1 | clove of garlic crushed | 1 |
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a medium bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown, flipping potatoes once halfway through cooking.
- For sauce, in a small bowl, combine Astro Original yogourt and other ingredients.
