Tuscan Marinade

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Astro Original Balkan Style Plain yogourt 250 mL
1 tbsp each fresh rosemary and fresh thyme 15 mL
¼ cup olive oil 60 mL
1 clove of garlic minced 1
  salt and pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over beef or chicken. This will marinate 1-2 pounds of meat.
