Zesty Asian Marinade

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Astro Original Balkan Style Plain yogourt 250 mL
¼ cup Beatrice orange juice 60 mL
2 tbsp lemon juice 30 mL
3 chopped green onions 3
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional) 5 mL
¼ cup soy sauce 60 mL
1 tsp orange zest. 5 mL

PREPARATION

  1. Adds a delicious Asian flavour; perfect for a stirfry!
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Marinate 1-2 pounds of shrimp, seafood or chicken. Be sure not to marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes.
