Dijon Chicken


  • 4 - 4 ounce (112 g each) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Dijon mustard 

  • ½ cup (125 mL) Astro® Original Balkan Plain 0% yogourt
  • 1 cup (250 mL) seasoned breadcrumbs 

  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Lactantia unsalted butter 

  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil 

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Coat each chicken breast with mustard. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, spread Astro yogourt carefully on all chicken breasts, both sides. Dip into seasoned bread crumbs.

  2. Melt Lactantia butter and olive oil in large sauté pan. Heat over medium high. Add chicken breasts and saute 8 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked and coating is brown. Place on paper towels to drain.
